1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing an itinerary from Unpacked Alberta, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
Unpacked Alberta provides personalized travel itineraries for southern Alberta. All itineraries are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce any itinerary without written permission.
3. Payment & Delivery
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your itinerary will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase to the email address you provide. You will receive a downloadable PDF and a personal web link to view your itinerary online. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses.
3a. Web Link Validity
Your personal itinerary web link remains active for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period the web link will expire, however your PDF — delivered by email at the time of purchase — remains yours permanently. We recommend saving or downloading the PDF for long-term access.
4. No Refund Policy — Digital Product
Unpacked Alberta sells digital products (personalised travel itineraries). Because your itinerary is custom-generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your itinerary, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@unpackedalberta.com and we will revise it at no extra charge until you are happy.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our recommendations, business details such as hours, prices, and availability may change. We recommend confirming details directly with businesses before visiting.
6. Limitation of Liability
Unpacked Alberta is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from use of our itineraries. Travel involves inherent risks; always exercise your own judgment and stay safe.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
