We use your information solely to create and deliver your itinerary. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Stripe) or deliver your email (our email provider).
3. Email Communications
We will send you your itinerary and any follow-up related to your order. We will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your order information (name, email, trip preferences, and itinerary content) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. Your personal itinerary web link remains active for 12 months from purchase. After this period the link expires, though your PDF remains yours permanently. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@unpackedalberta.com.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your payment details.
6. Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies to ensure it functions correctly. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
