How does it work?
You fill out a short form telling us about your trip — how many days, who's travelling with you, your interests, and your budget. We then craft a personalized itinerary and deliver it to you within 24 hours via email as both a PDF and a shareable web link.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver all itineraries within 24 hours of your order. Most are ready within a few hours.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of southern Alberta including Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, the Canadian Rockies (Canmore, Jasper, Kananaskis), and Drumheller.
Can I choose how many days?
Yes — itineraries can cover anywhere from a single day up to two weeks. You choose when you fill out the form.
What format will I receive my itinerary in?
You'll receive a beautifully designed PDF (downloadable and printable) plus a personal web link you can open on your phone while exploring. The web link stays active for 12 months from your purchase date — the PDF is yours to keep forever.
How long does my web link stay active?
Your personal itinerary link is active for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that the link expires, but your PDF (emailed to you at purchase) remains yours permanently. We recommend saving it to your device or cloud storage for long-term access.
Is this personalized for me or a generic guide?
Every itinerary is tailored specifically to your trip — your dates, group, interests, and budget. No two itineraries are the same.
What if I'm not happy with my itinerary?
We offer a free revision guarantee. If you're not happy with the quality, contact us within 7 days and we'll revise your itinerary at no extra charge until you are satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because your itinerary is a custom digital product generated specifically for you and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have a quality concern, we will revise your itinerary free of charge — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a world-leading payment platform used by millions of businesses.
